"One other thing. You know when your walking and you see someone, who u may not be the closest of friends with, but still know them. They'll look at you, and you'll see them. Instead of the polite greeting or something like that, they turn away pretending they didnt see you. How is that supposed to make you feel? When you're mere presence alone isn't even acknowledged. " - RRR (RiffRaffRagamuffins) Blogger.
I was just about to post something along the same lines. Although I'm glad it was posted on RRR, I think more people would read it that way.
[I hope the poster at RRR was referring to school, because that's what I'm going to be referring to.]
Anyway, the thing described above doesn't happen to me too often, but when it does, it feels shit. Chances are, I've got my hand up, ready to greet you, and you just continue walking - completely ignoring me. So I just continue walking along, with my hand still up, feeling like an idiot. [Note: "You" does not refer to someone in particular, just in general]. It's like those times when you see someone seemingly waving to you and you wave back, only to find out they were waving to someone behind you.
And what's more is that it would be fine if we all didn't know each other. But fk, guys, we've been in the same classes together for a good freaking 4 years now. We have all spoken to each other at least once. It's just so ridiculous.
Bleargh.
On a completely unrelated note: The weather today was so weird.
Also, Halfway There (I'm pretty sure you can guess the artist/band) is such an excellent song. Same goes for Float On (By Modest Mouse).
Dotdotdot.
