I haven't blogged in ages yet I have so much to write about. I have honestly opened up a new post once every 2 days in the last weeks yet I haven't been bothered to complete an actual post. And i would love to write about everything I planned on writing, but you see, I have the worst memory in existence.
So I'll just go on about the Spring Fair that was held on Friday. >.<
Well to be honest it wasn't as great as I thought it would be, but it was very fun. And that's all that matters.
The rides were what I expected them to be (hey, it's not like they could have shoved a rollercoaster in our bottom......oval). Sumo was incredibly tiring but very fun, whereas the jumping castle was even more tiring. <.<
The rest of the day was spent running around to various stalls in hope of finding something worth the money sitting so lonely in my wallet. There was nothing, really. So seeing as everywhere you would look there would be junk there's no harm in buying the stuff.
Although credits go towards Kevin's "Bing Cha" which served awesome ice tea, which progressively became warmer as the day went on.
I heard the Brawl competition in the library went well, and I think it was a shame that I didn't hang around to watch but oh well. Go the The Hive of Five if you want videos of the "epic" battles.
Baulko's Got Talent was mostly entertaining. Aaron sung well and "danced" alright too (Marcus, you owe the guy $10). There was some pretty good beatboxing by some guys who I think are in yr 11. It would have been a lot better had they not nicked most of their performance off someone else.
But it was still good.
I really liked that guy who won the entire thing. That asian guy who's name seems to have evaded me. Aaron is holding a grudge against him because he won Crestwood Idol and now this with the same song. Haha.
Oh and I just came off the jumping castle in time to watch the Stooper Troopers win "Are you Smarter than a Baulko Teacher?". I was surprised that Mevandi was up there but apparently the Stooper Troopers were one (wo)man short so they pulled up the smartest person from the crowd. It's a shame she didn't go up and claim her prize at the assembly at the end of the day.
Wow, what a boring post.
Anyway. Einstein's "E=MC^2" was proved the other day, which I find interesting.
Clicky.
Which brings me to the next topic: The Big Bang.
We are currently being taught in science something that cannot be proven, and is not definite.
[Before I begin to rant I want you, my readers, to correct me if you find anything even remotely wrong. I am willing to learn. Also, I'm asking you to put up with the nonsense that might worm its way in the the following few paragraphs.]
What the hell is up with that?
Learning about something that is not definite and probably will never be proven is ridiculous. What happens if "The Big Bang Theory" is a load of crap and several lessons go to waste?Apparently "Time and space" did not exist before the explosion. Now tell, if the entire theory that the universe was created form something that could fit on a needle head is correct, then there had to be some sort of space for that thing to be sitting in.
/minirant.
Hmm.
I have work to do now.
