I have a load of homework to do so I've decided to put it all off by blogging.
I haven't been doing my maths homework for a bit over a week now so know I have 4 hours of Maths homework to do.
I am yet to practise my dodgy english speech which makes no sense whatsoever. And I'm speaking tommorow.
I have to measure up some pieces of cardboard for photography. Which is also due tommorow.
AND I am yet to start a geography assignment due tommorow.
Fun Fun Fun.
Enough about me and my homework issues.
We got reports back yesterday and I think I'm the only one who let their parents look at it fully even before they had taken a look at it. I just took my report from the teacher who was handing them out and shoved it into my folder without taking a look. Got home and threw it on my parents bed and went to the pantry to grab something to eat. I know both my parents have read it but they didn't say anything about it to me. I found out later that I've did better than last year, which made me happy.
Sort of.
While walking around yesterday watching everyone fret over their marks and comparing it with friends, I was thinking whether every other (non-selective) school worried about reports like this or whether they threw it in the nearest bin after taking one look through it. And I couldn't come to a decision because I thought that those two options were the two extremes so it would have to be somewhere else.
My sister got her Selective School Test results on Monday and she made it into Baulko. Good for her. That same evening we went to my Aunt's for my Aunt's birthday. Instead of a banner saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" it had "CONGRATULATIONS" on it. Instead of my Aunt's party, it turned into my sister's. Twas' cool.
Although we have no obligation to stay alive,
On broken backs we beg for mercy, we will survive.

XKCD is just full of win.
